Blobkin Blaster is an action packed VR wave shooter/real-time strategy hybrid.
As Captain, you take command of your Blobkin, the mightiest, tiniest, defenders of the sea, in a fight for survival against mutated, polluted monsters of the deep. Build cannons, blow up fish, and collect trinkets all while restoring glory to the seas!
But be careful, your Blobkin are your ammo and health. If you run out of them, those monsters will come for you next!

CONSERVATION INSPIRATION
As a Florida based company, we were inspired by the conservation efforts to protect our local coral reefs. Introduced illegally in the 1980s, Lionfish are known to wreck havoc along all Caribbean reefs. In fact, divers and local governments encourage you to hunt and eat them! We wanted to take it a step further and have you hunt them and all their polluted minions in VR.
These ecosystems are under constant threat. It’s our hope our little game inspires you a little more about what goes on beneath the waves and why it’s important to protect them

About Brave Lunch
BraveLunch is led by Emmy-nominated creative director David Andrade and technologist Mark Olson. Collectively, David and Mark have worked in the media industry for over 20 years in interactive experiences, theme park visuals and TV effects. Their credits include Universal Studios Orlando, Walt Disney Imagineering, Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, Amazon Studios' Man in the High Castle, Silicon Valley and Sesame Street.
In 2017, David and his team were nominated for an Emmy and a Visual Effects Society award for their work on Man in the High Castle for CGI. In 2021, they were also nominated for a Themed Entertainment Association Award for their work on Universal Studios Orlando’s Bourne Stuntacular experience.
Based in Orlando, Florida and Calgary, Alberta, BraveLunch is a 15-person-strong animation and virtual reality studio working with some of the biggest names in entertainment. They announced their newest VR title, Blobkin Blaster, in 2020.
